Job entails providing leadership to a large team of call centre executives, team leaders amd managers, design, implement and sreamline processes, to engage employees in a professional and customer oriented environment resulting in low attrition and positive employee feedback.
Requirement:
Candidate must have 8 - 12 years of total work experience of which at least 2 years must be in managing an inbound call centre.
Preference to candidates who have managed a domestic inbound call centre of a bank or a telecom company
Compensation Upto 25 lacs pa
