Avance Consulting is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be part of its IT recruitment and staffing practice. Avance Consulting is working with several leading IT Consulting companies on contingent and contract placement. Avance has offices in Central London, UK and India (Hyderabad and Delhi).
You will be responsible for:
- cold calling, and generating new business for recruitment and staffing services
- managing relationship with existing and new clients
- advertising and posting jobs in different forums and job-boards.
- speak to candidates and screen them
- achieve billing targets
