Position – Vice President – Payor ( Healthcare Services )
Job Description -
1) Having an overall responsibility and accountability for strategic and operational management, achieving top-line and growth targets for process as well as organization
2) 10+ years of US healthcare experience with strong domain knowledge of claims, contract loading (payor businesses) etc
3) Good customer relationship management skills
4) Transitioning projects for the Payor business with pilots and then scaling up the delivery capability
5) Managing 700+ employees
6) Travelling onsite for client interactions
7) Reports to Senior Vice President
CTC ranging 30-40 lakhs pa depending on candidate.
