AVP - Commercial Operations
at a reputed General Insurance Company in Mumbai
We have been retained by our client, a reputed General Insurance Company to identify an “AVP - Commercial Operations” to be based at Mumbai.
Interested candidates should be a Graduates / Post Graduates with a degree in Management or Insurance with 7 - 10 years experience in the General Insurance Industry.
The Role:
• To design work processes for Commercial Operations and integrate them with software solution
• To define KRAs, KPIs, targets, performance measures, performance evaluation process for Team
• To forecast manpower – positions, people, time-lines for recruitment, process applications, select candidates, and complete recruitment.
• Being responsible for policy and endorsement issuance and policy servicing for commercial lines of business
• To identify bottlenecks and performance dampers, do root cause analysis, work solutions, discuss them with stakeholders and document and implement a reengineered business process
• To support SBI Branches and other intermediaries ensuring smooth documentation and logistics
