Solution Architect

Design & Deploy the E2E solutions for the greenfield rollouts or brownfield transformation projects. The role involves:
• Drawing solution blueprint and Lead the architecture discussions at Client Locations
• Guide the solution delivery teams on Solution Governance and Solution Integrity
• Define alternative options and roadmap to achieve programme objectives
• Contribute to Scalability, Performance, and High Availability of the proposed B/OSS solution
Responsibility
• Defining End-2-End Business as well as Functional Solution to support Greenfield Telecom rollouts & Brownfield Transformations
• Carry out complex Business Process Analysis, Design, Mapping, Simulation and re-engineering of customer business processes in Fixed/Mobile/Convergent environments for voice, data and content services
• Help optimize business processes and facilitate organizational change management in large business transformation projects
• Assess the presence of in target solutions and implement industry standards such as eTOM, SID, TAM and ITIL
• Identify improvement opportunities, workflow automation, re-engineering, and innovation
• Defining rollout strategies and road map for organizations–both short term and long term
• Measuring and Managing Transformation Objectives
• Leading the POC initiatives in a Pre-Sales Lifecycle
• Knowledge of Enterprise standards such as SOA
• Design principles and methodology such as use cases, UML, class diagrams, sequence diagrams etc
• Ability to travel 20-25% both international and domestic
Soft Skills
• Build and develop trust-based relationships with customer’s senior and middle management in relation to process consulting engagements and act as a key member of the customer team
• Ability to engage at C-Level while identifying and understanding customers’ commercial and operational challenges
• Chair meetings with key Business and technical stakeholders at various levels
• Self-starter, Pro-active, flexible and pragmatic
Experience Required:
• Performed E2E Solutioning, & functional optimization, Business Process Optimization , Impact assessment of rollout of new products & services on existing ecosystem for at-least 3 different telecom projects
• Proven ability in gathering and dissecting process details, including mapping, designing, modeling, and testing and implementing streamline processes and workflows
• Experience developing and implementing complex cross-functional workflows
• Defined Telecom specific enterprise wide data model (SID based), SOA and solutions to support large next generation products rollouts
• Defined & realized technology, process & product Transformation strategy and roadmaps
• Application of Telco operational processes for specific products - brownfield as well as green field rollouts. Use of eTOM process framework.Expertise in process decomposition
